Because many of our services involve time, expertise, and digital deliverables, the following refund policy applies.
1. General Policy
All payments made to Pixotric are considered payment for professional digital services. Due to the nature of consulting, software development, and digital marketing services, refunds may not always be possible once work has started. However, we aim to maintain fair and transparent practices and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
  • A refund request is submitted within 7 days of the initial payment, and
  • Work on the project has not yet begun, or no resources have been allocated to the project.
If a project has already started, refunds will only be considered for the unused portion of the service, if applicable.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable once work has begun:
  • Custom Software Development
  • Digital Transformation Consulting
  • Business Process Automation Consulting
  • SEO strategy development or technical optimization
  • Social Media Management campaigns already launched
  • Content Marketing strategies or content already produced
  • Any service where deliverables or consultation time has already been provided
4. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, Pixotric may issue a partial refund, including but not limited to:
  • The project is canceled before completion
  • Only a portion of the agreed services has been delivered
  • A prepaid service plan is terminated early
The refundable amount will be calculated based on work completed, resources used, and administrative costs.
5. Subscription or Ongoing Services
For recurring services such as SEO, SMM, or content marketing retainers:
  • Clients may cancel future billing at any time.
  • Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable, but services will continue until the end of the paid period.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, when possible.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
7. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we strongly encourage you to contact us. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Termination of active projects
  • Possible recovery actions for completed work
8. Changes to This Policy
Pixotric reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on this page.
